MATOL KM - ANNOUCEMENT

We are writing to advise the disappointing news that our licence
agreement to distribute Matol Km® in Australia and New Zealand
has expired and as a result we will no longer be able to supply
the product Matol Km®.
By way of background, the company, Matol Botanical International
was sold to Univera Ltd in 2009. Nutrimetics' licensing agreement
with Matol subsequently expired late last year and Univera have
rejected our request for a renewal of the agreement.
As a result, from April 2010 we will no longer be legally allowed
to sell Matol Km® and as such have had to discontinue the
product.
We understand that this decision will be disappointing
for you and your customers. Unfortunately the change in ownership
of the company was outside our control and legally we are obliged
to comply with the requirements of the new owners by
discontinuing our current stock holding.
Matol Km will feature in the January and April 2010 Brochures
and from 1 May 2010 will no longer be available for sale. While
we believe we have sufficient stock to support the brochure
offers mentioned above, we will only able to meet orders on a
'while stocks last' basis. We will be unable to obtain any
additional product should our existing stock be sold out prior to
30 April.
At present Univera are not distributing Matol Km in either
Australia or New Zealand and we have no further information on
any future plans they may have for the development of the brand
or product line.
